....need as much help as possible. Please read the mail below i recieved from him and vote for his movie. I personaly think its awersome (on top of that he is a very cool guy).

I'm sending this message to everyone I know in hopes of drumming up
support for my Short Film Loveholstery which was recently selected as
the Top 5 for Kevin Smiths Movies Askew competition -
http://www.moviesaskew.com. For any of you filmmakers out there with
short films 30 minutes or less this is a really good way to get some
exposure.
This is how it works -
You submit a film and the Movies Askew secret panel watches all of the
submissions for the month and picks 5 films. After they announce the
Top 5 films those who did not make the cut can then lobby to have
their film added as the 6th film by attempting to get the community on
the forums to vote for them. Once the 6th film is voted in, the
community then votes for short of the month. Voting for the short of
the month takes place over a 24 hour period. After 12 months they will
take all 12 shorts chosen each month and have a festival type
screening where a celebrity panel will select Movies Askew Short of
the Year! All 12 finalists will also be distributed on DVD. You can

I need YOUR help with 2 things. This SATURDAY November 20th 2004 is
when voting for Short of the Month takes place. In order to vote you
must sign up for the website and registration costs TWO DOLLARS. If
you can spare 2 bucks to help a struggling filmmaker like myself nab
short of the month I would be very greatful. You can register for the

Registration is via paypal and before you can log into your message
board account you will need to verify your email. Just follow the
instructions.
Once you have registered please vote for Loveholstery on this informal
poll that someone posted. I am trailing behind and I want to be in the

On saturday when THE REAL voting begins you can visit my short films page here -

and you should see a button that says vote for this short. I am not
sure if this is how its going to work just yet but I'm fairly certain
thats how its going to be. Right now that button says "This short is
in da club". If it still says this on Saturday then there should be
something on the website telling you how to vote.
