End of raiding

This is it !
The last bunch of hardcore/medcore raiders will leave Kul Tiras for a more sexy server (Kazzak).

I could not transfer the guild and let the old core disapeared, hence SoD will remain where it is but stop the raiding part.

This year is the 10 years of SoD. Life brings a lot of change and we had a lot of people coming in, leaving, coming back and leaving again.
I have to admit 10 years is fucking long and since 2 years i was more on a slack mode. During that time, Luke (Khayal) held the guild at arm's length and for that I take my hat off to him ;)
Of course, he was not totally alone, Resentful, Nenette, Goto and Greylock made it possible. i will not cite all the important people as it would be a long night but i would like to thanks everyone for all the achievements we had all together. Thinking about every part, from Everquest Shadows of Luclin, WoW and all the addons, but also the little fun parties in SWToR, that makes a lot of souvenirs.

SoD Kul Tiras and Hidden Becks remains but will go rather casual (lot of ghost still).
i would understand that a lot of player decide to leave as it might be a bit empty hehe but i will not :) i m planning to play MoP and keep playing on SWTOR so you can still find me there should you want an invite.

The forums aswell as the website will be reorganized soon and it will remains active for the time being.

Maintaining SoD as a raiding guild for 10 years is an amazing feat and this is just the end of raiding, so i'm sure see some of you again.

Thanks to everyone for the time and effort you put in, an awesome 4 years for me.

I spent just over 2 years in SoD, joining just after Ulduar started. Can say I joined as a total noob and I leave as just a noob so I definitely learnt a lot here x

Was the best raiding experience ever for me, met some amazing ppl, enjoyed meeting quite a few of you guys IRL and had so many laughs I forget what half of them were about.

There seems to be some resentment from ppl outside of SoD to the decision that has been made. Ill keep this short and sweet since I dont intend to hijack this thread away from its real purpose, but stick to your own guilds pls, we have excellent relationships in SoD, and even though some of us are leaving to pastures new we will always be a part of SoD because SoD isnt just a raiding guild, its a community.

Keep in touch guys and my real id is on the forums! And Goto get mumble sorted out you tard!

oh SoD oh SoD.. the memories,
i joined mid aq40 (was at the twins first kill thats all i remember of aq40 rly :P) went throu naxx40 (i was always pro never noob :P), did a few kara/gruul runs before deciding to quit for college related problems, joined back at malygos/naxx (on farm ^^) and went on till bwd/bot by that time raiding had become a nuisance to me rather than being a fun spare time thing.

i realy enjoyed my time in SoD (dont forget im still gunna stay in SoD) i never regretted transfering from aggramar to kultiras with the sole purpose of joining SoD (who i admit, knew nothing about) for raiding purposes, mokthalan(might be spelled wrong) pulled me in when i heard he transfered and joined SoD, i checked out this website and thought ah why not they seem pretty good, i transfered before getting accepted so it was a nervous time :P, i knew noone cept mokky, so even standing on org AH (old AH) felt weird, so i stood outside org and i remember waiting for tina to come talk to me :) and yay i was a trial :P (best day for SoD ofc...)

i hope all of u pop in ur head from time to time, even if its to kick me from guild one more time :P
